“The word Migraine itself gives me a headache. I have been suffering from migraine since past 15years. Mine is what you call level-3 in terms of the intensity of the headache. Trust me when I say, it is quite chronic. The pain is quite severe with vomitting, blurred vision and there would be a complete stop to any day to day actities. Like any layman I went to the Doctor and as usual they prescribed me with heavy dose of pain killers which resulted in lot of side effects, but the headches wouldn’t stop.I tried alternate therapies like Ayurveda, Accupressure and accupuncture. But none of it were giving any relief.
My dad suggested I should try Yoga, since it was the last resort I started. I have been practicing Yoga since past two years and my headaches has almost disappeared. I never knew that I would ever get relief from these headaches. But I found the only remedy for migraine- YOGA. For all the people who suffer from migraine, I strongly recommend, start practicing yoga for pain free, healthy and the quality of life one leads.”
