Total Yoga Bootcamp

As the New Year dawns, most people would have taken New Year Resolutions. Top-most in that list of Resolutions tends to be ‘I’m going to get fitter this year!’ In fact Health is often the top-most priority for most people when a New Year beckons. Keeping that in mind, we at Total Yoga have decided to launch the TOTAL YOGA BOOTCAMP – the first of its kind in the country!

Bootcamps are inspired by military training and usually involve group exercise drills conducted in open-air venues. While the Fitness program consists of exercises, often team-work is emphasized and fun competitions held amongst the participants. Camaraderie and bonding is emphasized amongst participants. Another feature is a Fitness test done at the start of the Bootcamp and at the end as well. Results are very important in the Bootcamp way of doing things!


The TOTAL YOGA BOOTCAMP is an extension of Total Yoga’s principles of Fitness + Relaxation; leading to Mindfulness. Here, Yogis will be working towards concrete Fitness goals that they will set for themselves at the start of the month and seek to accomplish by the end of the month! However, what is additionally important is that yogis will work on holistic health – implying a focus on deep, proper breathing (Pranayam), relaxation techniques (Yoga Nidra) and Yogic Meditation. The TY Bootcamp is Holistic Transformation that will push Yogis to the next level! Phew! 🙂

Trainer: Neetu Singh has been teaching Yoga for over 11 years in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore & Pune) as well as in Dubai & Singapore. She is a Director and Co-founder of Total Yoga and is renowned for the physically demanding yoga sessions that produce amazing results. Total Yoga Bootcamp has been conceptualized by Neetu Singh.

Schedule: Total Yoga Bootcamp will happen on Tues, Thurs & Sat 7-8:15am at Cubbon Park. (Meet-up point is the Victoria Statue)

Requirements: A certain level of Fitness is mandatory! In case you haven’t exercised in a long time, we recommend attending the regular TOTAL YOGA classes. We have studios at Indiranagar, Koramangala, Whitefield, Jayanagar and UB City. Click for schedule.

Carry a Yoga Mat, Bottle of Water and a Hand Towel. Dress code: Exercise clothes and shoes
