There is a natural upsurge of Energy during a Full Moon and even the ocean waves swell as a reaction. Similarly, us Humans experience heightened emotions during a Full Moon. Which means that if you are angry you will become super-angry and so on. While that’s the negative side of it; on the other side – Full Moon nights are fantastic for Meditation. The raised energy that the full moon causes can help you go far with your meditative practice. You can become more Calm and Still.
How to use the Full Moon for Meditation?
1) Try to enhance Positive thoughts during the Full Moon (a couple of days before and after too). Since the energy amplifies your emotions, that will help with your thinking.
2) Spend time with your Visualization & Manifestation techniques; you can really work on them to get the best results and move positively in the direction you want.
3) Stay Silent, Still & Calm and let the heightened energy help you to go deeper into your practice.
