Neuroscience is showing us some really interesting facts – amongst them that it takes about 21 Days to strengthen a neuronal pathway which in real-life terms reinforces a positive habit. This could be Fitness, Career or Relationship habits – if you were to do an activity for 21 continuous days; you will see that it becomes a routine for you. But that’s just the start – often the hardest part – which will get you on course for a lifelong pursuit of your chosen goal!
In Pune, we’ll host the 21 Day Challenge from Feb 1 – 21st at Artsphere (Kalyaninagar). You’ll attend a Total Yoga class Daily at 8:30-9:30am from Mon-Sat – this alternates between Vinyasa, Hatha & Power Yoga classes which forms the TY yoga-style; while Sundays will be RUN+YOGA, YOGI TREKS and other Challenges!
In Dubai the 21 Day Challenge runs from March 5-25th.

RUN+YOGA: Saturdays 7:30-8am (5K Run in Joggers’ Park) and 8-9am (Yoga in Artsphere)
YOGI TREK, KRIYAS: Sundays, 6am-12noon
