What is the biggest challenge for an Adult? Well here goes what I think – I feel the biggest challenge is to take stock of yourself mid-life and then to TRANSFORM yourself! Over the years I’ve seen how difficult this process can be. People are stuck in the same patterns that they start early adulthood with – essentially they are the same persons they were 10 years ago – only perhaps fatter or
at least less fit and active; and often less motivated and creative than when they started off in life; and cynical too! And the saddest part is that they know exactly what’s WRONG -and yet find it impossible to find and sustain the motivation to CHANGE and TRANSFORM themselves!
Gandhi famously said “Be the Change you wish to see in the world!” This is a call to action for each and everyone of us 🙂
This month, TOTAL YOGA Teachers are going that extra mile to help you Dream, Set a Goal and reach your Goal! Whether it be physical Fitness, mental De-Sressing or seeking spiritual Meaning in life – choose your ‘Sankalp’ and achieve it.
To commemorate this #1MonthTransformation starting 18th Nov and ending Dec 15th; we’ll all run the Bangalore Midnight Marathon! Hopefully all Yogis will manage the 5k/ 10k or the Community Relay. We are hosting YOGIS-on-the-RUN! every Saturday morning 7:30am onwards at Cubbon Park and simultaneously at Whitefield (Jagriti Theatre) to train for this. It a half hour run followed by 1 hour of Yoga. Everyone is welcome to be a part of the training.
So, make the most of this month as we set up the instruments to help you TRANSFORM. As a famous slogan goes “Be Yourself. Only better!” 🙂
